AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
MIDDLE SCHOOL BEYOND THE BELL
Beyond the Bell provide our LAUSD after-school care for Middle School.
Beyond the Bell is available from 3:30pm until 6pm. Beyond the Bell staff leave at 6pm so, parents, please arrive to pick up and sign out your student in person by 5:45pm.

Our Middle School Sports Program is through the Beyond the Bell branch of LAUSD. Beyond the Bell Youth Services Program emphasizes physical fitness that develops basic movement skills, strong and healthy bodies, teamwork, sportsmanship, cooperative social skills and activities that reinforce the skills learned in the regular instructional program. Youth Services also provides opportunities for children to participate in supervised inter-playground competition in various sports that will lead to culminating regional events. Sports may include Flag Football, Basketball, Soccer, Cheer, Softball and Track. They also have a homework study hall.
Anyone using Beyond the Bell must fill out the appropriate forms in the office before their child can use their services. See PDF below. More info at: www.btb.lausd.net
lady treble

GALA has an A capella group called, "Lady Treble". The groups has performed at GALA concerts, the Talent Show, Community Fundraisers, etc. The group is open to 6th-12th grade and meets 1 day a week before school and 1 day after school. Auditions are held in September of each year.

Coming 2022-2023, there will be an option for a for-fee after school musical theater class. Space availability will be limited.
sports
Coming 2022-2023, there will be an option for a for-fee after school sports class. Space availability will be limited.
shakespeare

Shakespeare rehearsals and productions. The group puts on 2 plays a year, one before Winter break and one in the spring. (This suspended during covid.)
