TECHNOLOGY
In today's modern world, technology is part of everything we do. This is especially true for the younger generation. At GALA many of our classes incorporate technology in the curriculum. We also have an emphasis in Computer Science and GALA wins the College Board Award for gender diversity in Computer Science each year.

All GALA 10th graders take AP Computer Principles where they learn technology, coding, and e-textiles.
Students can also take AP Computer Science (Java).

Computer Science is also included in the 6th grade elective wheel and is an elective choice for 7th and 8th grade and we also have a very active student lunch club.
