CAASP AND AP TESTING
As a new school, our students (from over 80 different zip codes) took the CAASP test and scored well above the State and LAUSD averages. There was no testing data for 2019-2020 as Caasp was not administered due to Covid. 2018-2019 data will be updated shortly.

GALA is closing the gender gap in Computer Science. GALA is 1 of only 56 schools in the nation to earn both the AP Computer Science A and AP Computer Principles female diversity award. GALA is the ONLY public school in Los Angeles to win both awards!

SAT DAY
GALA participates in the College Board SAT day. All 11th graders test together during the school day. The SAT 1 for 11th graders is free.
PSAT
All 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th grades take the PSAT for free.
